The episode starts with everyone taunting Jhanak that how she was here to make tea and now she suddenly turned into a competitior and entered the programme. The students believe that Jhanak is a low class person and shouldn’t be allowed to participate in the programme.
Guruji comes there and asks what is the problem and starts to support Jhanak which irks everyone. Jhanak asks them for an opportunity and the tv producers start to degrade her even more. Guruji gets angry at their behaviour and asks them to speak properly.
On the other hand chotton is being repriminded by the Basu family for not marrying meenu and he says that he doesn’t even have a job and how will he take care of Meenu. His mother and father gets very angry and says he doesn’t even have respect for them anymore.
Episode goes to the next shot, where Brij advises Guruji not to interfere in Jhanak’s matter as she is not a good girl and Jhanak gets angry. Guruji also doesn’t pay heed to Brij and goes against the producers saying that he will cancel the contract if Jhanak can’t perform here.
He also says that anybody can participate in the programme and if the producers are against it he will go the channel head or media to talk about the same. The producers get scared after listening to Guruji’s statement and says that Jhanak can participate if she stops working here.
Jhanak gets scared and requests that she is in need of Job and the producers are against it. She then pleads that she would not enter the next round. Guruji gets shocked and asks Jhanak to work as his assistant and leave the job here. Everybody gets stunned.
On the other hand, Basu family pressures Chotton to meet Meenu and apologize for his mistakes and he rejects their idea and they get angry and threaten him saying they will break the family and go to teerthyatra. Chotton finally gives in and says that he would go and talk to Meenu.
Guruji asks Jhanak not to give up on dance and Brij says he is ruining his life for a girl like Jhanak and says he would reveal her in front of everyone. Jhanak asks him what his problem is and how he keeps threatening her every time they meet.
Brij reveals how Jhanak ruined Arshi Mukherjee’s life and Jhanak says she is just a poor girl, how can she ruin those bigshots and shuts Brij’s mouth. She then says what are trying to hide by hating me so much. He remembers how Aniruddh threatens him with the letter and gets angry at Jhanak for spreading lies.
Guruji asks Jhanak to come stay at his house as his beti and everyone gets shocked. He then says that Jhanak is like his daughter and then takes her from there.
Precap: Anirudh asks Arshi why doesn’t she trust him and Arshi says because he did wrong and Anirudh questions her. Guruji takes Jhanak to his house and gets questioned.
